Judy Collins, BSN is the High School Nurse. She can be contacted via email at jcollins@cohassetk12.org or by calling (781) 383-0853.

The office is located just inside the main office of the High School and is open during regular school hours.

It is recommended that all parents/guardians complete the annual Cohasset Confidential Health Form  for their student(s) so that medical information may be kept up to date.

All students are encouraged to make use of the health office for ailments that may arise during the school day. If, after evaluation by the school nurse, it is felt that the student should be dismissed, the parents/guardians of the student will be contacted directly by the school nurse.

Please contact the health office with any questions or concerns you may have during the school year.
